4) Job Description:
- Act as a liaison for communication between the client (product management, product owner) in Europe and the agile development teams in HCMC.
- Responsible for development of system architecture.
- Conduct sessions to explain architecture to the development teams.
- Review design and development tasks of the associated team members.
- Creating of necessary standards, tools, processes and best practices in a clear form.
- Participating in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on SCRUM methodology

- Good experience in enterprise application analysis and design, OOA and OOD
- Good experience, either in Java EE 5/6 (preferred) or Spring enterprise application framework
- Good experience in Java SE
- Team player, coaching others in solving architectural problems
- Will to design and shape new applications based on a modern technology stack
© OPTIONAL:
- SOA experience
- Web service experience, SOAP and RESTful (JAX-WS, JAX-RS)
- Business process modeling experience
- Scrum experience
