4)    Job Description:

•    Being responsible for conducting and managing your team to ensure the qualification and the requirement of your projects and your client’s satisfaction. You also need to be pro-active, show initiative and be resourceful to be able to work efficiently and independently.
•    Creating of necessary standards, tools, processes and best practices in a clear form.
•    Participating in the organization and planning of the development schedule based on SCRUM methodology ensuring successful completion within scope, budget and time-line.
•    Adapting project plans, schedules, resource assignments as required throughout project to respond to emerging requirements and risks if possible.

5)    Require:
•    Education: Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent.

•    Knowledge and Working experience
   -    These below requirements are the MUST:
     o    Deeply experience in SCRUM Methodology
     o    Good knowledge and experience in JAVA and System Design.
     o    Good experience in Project Management.
     o    Very good written and oral communication skills in English
   -    Have knowledge about web service is a plus
